Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 100 g Plain flour
  • 1 Lemon wedges
  • 4 Chicken breast fillets
  • 150 g Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

    Pound chicken to even thickness.

    Season flour with salt and pepper.

    Coat chicken in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.

    Fry in oil until golden and cooked through, 4-5 minutes per side.
