Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 300 ml Double cream
- 3 tbsp Whisky (optional)
- 50 g Pinhead oats
- 300 g Raspberries
Instructions

Toast the oats in a dry pan until they smell nutty.

Whip the cream with the whisky and honey until it forms soft peaks.

Lightly crush half of the raspberries.

Layer the cream, toasted oats, crushed raspberries, and whole raspberries in four glasses.

Chill until ready to serve.
