Ingredients

  • 250 g Butter
  • 400 g Rolled oats
  • 200 g Golden syrup
  • 100 g Light brown sugar

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 160C/140C Fan/Gas 3. Grease and line a 20cm square tin.

    Melt the butter, golden syrup, and sugar in a pan.

  3. 3

    Stir in the oats.

  4. 4

    Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and level the surface.

  5. 5

    Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden.

  6. 6

    Cut into squares while still warm.

  7. 7

    Cool in the tin.
