Ingredients
- 100 ml Milk
- 200 g Self-raising flour
- 2 tbsp Caster sugar
- 100 g Suet
- 4 tbsp Strawberry jam

In a bowl, mix together the flour, suet, and sugar.

Stir in the milk to make a soft dough.

Roll out the dough to a rectangle.

Spread with jam.

Roll up the dough and wrap it in pleated baking parchment and foil.

Steam for 1.5 hours.

Unwrap and slice.
