Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 100 g Breadcrumbs
  • 200 g Pork belly
  • 1 batch Gravy
  • 200 g Pig's liver
  • 1 tbsp Sage
  • 1 sheet Caul fat
  • 1 portion Mushy peas

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 180C/160C Fan/Gas 4.

    Mix together the liver, pork, onion, breadcrumbs, and sage. Season well.

    Shape the mixture into 8 balls.

  4. 4

    Wrap each ball in a piece of caul fat.

  5. 5

    Place the faggots in an ovenproof dish and pour over the gravy.

  6. 6

    Bake for 30-40 minutes.

  7. 7

    Serve with mushy peas and mashed potato.
