Ingredients

  • 2 Onion
  • 300 ml Beef stock
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 300 g Lamb's liver
  • 1 portion Mashed potato

Instructions

    Dust the liver in flour.

    Fry the onions in a little oil until soft and starting to caramelise.

  3. 3

    Add the liver to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.

  4. 4

    Pour over the stock and bring to a simmer.

  5. 5

    Cook for 5-10 minutes, until the gravy has thickened and the liver is cooked through.

  6. 6

    Serve with mashed potato.
