Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 400 ml Beef stock
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 500 g Minced beef
  • 2 tbsp Gravy granules

Instructions

    Brown the mince in a large pan.

    Add the onion and carrot and cook until softened.

    Stir in the stock and bring to a simmer.

  4. 4

    Mix the gravy granules with a little cold water to make a paste, then stir into the mince.

  5. 5

    Simmer for 15-20 minutes.

    Meanwhile, boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash.

  7. 7

    Serve the mince with the mashed potatoes.
