Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 150 g Breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 200 g Caerphilly cheese
- 1 Leek
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 2 tbsp Oil

In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, cheese, and leek.

Beat the egg with the mustard and add to the mixture. Mix well.

With floured hands, shape the mixture into 8 sausages.

Heat the oil in a frying pan.

Fry the sausages for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown.

Serve with a relish or chutney.
