Ingredients
- 500 ml Milk
- 1 Onion
- 2 large Potatoes
- 1 tbsp Chives
- 100 ml Double cream
- 500 g Smoked haddock

Put the haddock and milk in a pan. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.

Remove the haddock from the pan. Flake the fish, discarding the skin and bones.

Add the onion and potatoes to the milk in the pan. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the potatoes are tender.

Return the flaked haddock to the pan.

Stir in the cream and heat through.

Garnish with chives and serve with crusty bread.
