Ingredients
- 50 ml Milk
- 50 g Butter
- 1 kg Potatoes
- 1 large Swede
- 1 Haggis
- 1 dram Whisky (optional)

Cook the haggis according to the packet instructions.

Meanwhile, boil the swede and potatoes in separate pans until tender.

Drain the swede and mash with half the butter.

Drain the potatoes and mash with the remaining butter and the milk.

Serve the haggis with the neeps and tatties.

Pour a dram of whisky over the haggis, if you like.
