Cauliflower Cheese

Ingredients
- 500 ml Milk
- 50 g Butter
- 50 g Plain flour
- 150 g Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp English mustard
- 1 large Cauliflower
Instructions

Cook the cauliflower in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain well.

For the cheese sauce, melt the butter in a pan, stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.

Gradually whisk in the milk until the sauce is smooth and thickened.

Stir in most of the cheese and the mustard. Season to taste.

Preheat the grill to high.

Place the cauliflower in an ovenproof dish and pour over the cheese sauce.

Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and grill until golden and bubbling.
