Ingredients

  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper to taste
  • 50 g Butter
  • 500 g Cooked potatoes
  • 250 g Cooked cabbage

Instructions

    Mix the mashed potatoes and cabbage together.

    Season well.

    Melt the butter in a frying pan.

    Add the potato and cabbage mixture and press it down to form a cake.

    Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden and crispy.

    Serve hot.
