Ingredients
- 8 Sausages
- 2 Eggs
- 300 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 125 g Plain flour

Preheat the oven to 220C/200C Fan/Gas 7.

Put the sausages in a roasting tin with the oil and cook for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, make the batter by whisking the flour, eggs, and milk together until smooth.

Pour the batter over the sausages.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the batter is risen and golden.

Serve with onion gravy.
