Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic
  • 4 Chicken breast
  • 150 g Yogurt
  • 100 ml Double cream
  • 400 g Chopped tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp Tikka masala paste
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1 handful Coriander

Instructions

    In a bowl, mix the chicken with the yogurt and 2 tbsp of the tikka masala paste. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

    Heat some oil in a pan and cook the onion, garlic, and ginger until softened.

    Add the remaining tikka masala paste and cook for 1 minute.

    Add the marinated chicken and cook until sealed.

    Stir in the chopped tomatoes and simmer for 15-20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.

    Stir in the cream and heat through.

    Garnish with coriander and serve with rice and naan bread.
