Ingredients
- 50 ml Milk
- 50 g Butter
- 1 Onion
- 400 ml Beef stock
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Carrots
- 1 kg Potatoes
- 500 g Minced lamb
- 1 tbsp Tomato puree
Instructions

Brown the lamb in a large pan. Drain off any excess fat.

Add the onion and carrots and cook until softened.

Stir in the stock, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato puree. Bring to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with the butter and milk.

Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6.

Spoon the lamb mixture into an ovenproof dish.

Top with the mashed potato.

Bake for 20 minutes, until the potato is golden.
