- 50 g Rolled oats
- 100 ml Milk or yogurt
- 1 handful Fruit
Instructions

In a jar or container, combine the oats, milk/yogurt, and chia seeds.

Stir well.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, stir again and add your favourite toppings.
