Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 50 g Rolled oats
  • 100 ml Milk or yogurt
  • 1 handful Fruit

Instructions

    In a jar or container, combine the oats, milk/yogurt, and chia seeds.

    Stir well.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  4. 4

    In the morning, stir again and add your favourite toppings.

    Enjoy cold.
