Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tbsp Milk
- 100 g Smoked salmon
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Chives
Instructions

Whisk the eggs and milk together in a bowl.

Melt the butter in a non-stick pan over a medium heat.

Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are softly scrambled.

Remove from the heat and stir in the smoked salmon and chives.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serve immediately with toast or muffins.
