Ingredients
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 150 g Cheddar cheese
- 50 ml Ale or beer
- 1 tsp English mustard
- 1 Egg yolk
- 2 slices Thick-cut bread

In a saucepan, melt the cheese with the ale, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard.

Stir continuously until smooth.

Remove from the heat and beat in the egg yolk.

Toast the bread on one side.

Pour the cheese mixture over the untoasted side of the bread.

Grill until golden and bubbling.
