Vegan Scrambled Tofu

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper to taste
- 0.5 Onion
- 1 Garlic
- 0.5 tsp Turmeric
- 300 g Firm tofu
- 1 tbsp Nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp Soy milk
Instructions

Press the tofu to remove excess water, then crumble it with a fork.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.

Add the crumbled tofu and turmeric to the pan.

Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in the nutritional yeast and soy milk.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serve hot with toast.
