Ingredients
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper to taste
- 400 ml Milk
- 200 ml Water
- 100 g Rolled oats
- 2 tsp Honey or brown sugar
Instructions

Put the oats, milk, water, and salt into a saucepan.

Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Once the porridge has thickened, remove from the heat.

Divide between two bowls.

Drizzle with honey or sprinkle with brown sugar to serve.
