Ingredients
- 125 g Butter
- 1 cup Plain flour
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- 1 For the topping:
- 1/2 cup Passionfruit pulp
- 1/2 cup Desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 1 For the base:
- 395 g Can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease and line a 20cm x 30cm slice pan.

For the base, combine the flour, coconut and brown sugar in a bowl. Stir in the melted butter.

Press the mixture into the base of the prepared pan.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden.

For the topping, combine the condensed milk, passionfruit pulp and lemon juice in a bowl.

Pour the topping over the warm base.

Return to the oven and bake for a further 10 minutes, until the topping is set.

Cool completely before slicing.
