Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 2 Onion
  • 1 cup Beef stock
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 400 g Can chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Grated ginger
  • 1 Steamed rice and naan bread
  • 1 kg Lamb shoulder
  • 2 tablespoons Rogan josh curry paste

Instructions

    Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook the lamb in batches until browned. Remove from the pan.

    Add the onions, garlic and ginger to the pan and cook until soft.

    Stir in the curry paste and cook for 1 minute.

    Return the lamb to the pan with the chopped tomatoes and beef stock. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and cook for 1.5 hours, or until the lamb is tender.

    Stir in the yoghurt and heat through gently.

    Serve with steamed rice and naan bread.
