Fish Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Red onion
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1/2 cup Plain flour
  • 500 g Firm white fish fillets
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 8 Small tortillas
  • 1 For the slaw:
  • 2 cups Shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup Chopped coriander
  • 1 Chipotle mayonnaise

Instructions

    For the slaw, combine all ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.

    In a separate bowl, combine the flour and paprika. Toss the fish strips in the flour mixture to coat.

    Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the fish in batches for 2-3 minutes each side, until golden and cooked through.

    Warm the tortillas.

    To assemble, place some slaw on each tortilla, top with fish and drizzle with chipotle mayonnaise.
