Beef Stir-fry with Asian Greens

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Steamed rice
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 500 g Beef stir-fry strips
  • 1 bunch Asian greens (e.g. bok choy
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce

Instructions

    In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce and honey.

    Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove from the wok.

    Add the onion and garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute.

    Add the Asian greens and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until just wilted.

    Return the beef to the wok with the sauce. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, until the sauce has thickened and everything is heated through.

    Serve with steamed rice.
