Macadamia Crusted Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Chopped parsley
  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 1 cup Macadamia nuts

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

    In a bowl, combine the macadamia nuts, breadcrumbs and parsley.

    Brush the salmon fillets with beaten egg.

  4. 4

    Press the nut mixture onto the top of each fillet.

  5. 5

    Place the salmon on the prepared tray and bake for 12-15 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden.

    Serve with steamed vegetables.
