Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 cup Grated cheese
- 1 Onion
- 1 cup Beef stock
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 500 g Lamb mince
- 2 Carrots
- 2 Celery sticks
- 1 For the topping:
- 1 kg Potatoes

For the topping, cook the potatoes in boiling water until tender. Drain and mash with milk and butter. Season with salt and pepper.

For the filling, heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook the onion, carrots and celery until soft.

Add the mince and cook until browned.

Stir in the tomato paste and cook for 1 minute.

Add the beef stock and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.

Preheat oven to 200°C. Spoon the filling into a baking dish.

Top with the mashed potato and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until the topping is golden.
