Grilled Barramundi with Lemon and Herbs

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 Barramundi fillets
  • 2 sprigs Dill
  • 2 sprigs Parsley

Instructions

    Preheat a grill or BBQ to medium-high.

    Place each barramundi fillet on a piece of foil. Top with lemon slices, dill and parsley.

    Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

    Fold up the foil to create a parcel.

    Cook on the grill for 8-10 minutes, until the fish is cooked through.

    Serve immediately.
