Ingredients

  • 1 Olive oil
  • 2 Large potatoes
  • 2 Steaks (e.g. sirloin
  • 1 Mixed salad leaves
  • 1 Your favourite dressing

Instructions

    Cook the chips in a deep fryer or oven until golden and crisp.

    Season the steaks with salt and pepper.

    Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan over high heat. Cook the steaks for 2-3 minutes each side for medium-rare, or until cooked to your liking.

    Rest the steaks for 5 minutes before serving.

    Serve the steaks with chips and a side salad.
