Ingredients
- 1 Onion
- 500 g Beef mince
- 1 cup Beef stock
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 1 Carrot
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 Grated parmesan cheese
- 1 Celery stick
- 400 g Can chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Red wine
- 500 g Spaghetti
Instructions

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook the onion, garlic, carrot and celery until soft.

Add the mince and cook until browned.

Stir in the tomato paste and oregano and cook for 1 minute.

Pour in the red wine and cook until it has evaporated.

Add the chopped tomatoes and beef stock. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and cook for at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Cook the spaghetti according to packet directions. Drain.

Serve the bolognese sauce over the spaghetti, topped with parmesan cheese.
