- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 8 Lamb chops
- 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh rosemary

In a bowl, combine the lamb chops, garlic, rosemary and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Preheat a grill or BBQ to high.

Cook the lamb chops for 3-4 minutes each side, for medium-rare, or until cooked to your liking.
