Ingredients

  • 1 Lettuce leaves
  • 1 Sliced tomato
  • 1 Tartare sauce
  • 4 Burger buns
  • 4 Barramundi fillets

    Season the barramundi fillets with salt and pepper.

    Heat a little oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the fish for 3-4 minutes each side, until cooked through.
