Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 slices Bread
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 Lettuce leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Curry powder

Instructions

    In a bowl, combine the chopped eggs, mayonnaise and curry powder. Season with salt and pepper.

    Spread the egg mixture on one slice of bread.

    Top with lettuce.

    Place the other slice of bread on top.

    Cut in half and serve.
