- 2 slices Bread
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 Lettuce leaves
- 1 teaspoon Curry powder

In a bowl, combine the chopped eggs, mayonnaise and curry powder. Season with salt and pepper.

Spread the egg mixture on one slice of bread.
