Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sushi rice
  • 1/4 cup Rice wine vinegar
  • 4 Sheets of nori
  • 1 Fillings of your choice (e.g. cooked tuna

Instructions

    Cook sushi rice according to packet directions. Stir through the rice wine vinegar and allow to cool.

    Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo rolling mat. Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori, leaving a 2cm border at the top.

    Arrange your chosen fillings in a line across the centre of the rice.

    Using the bamboo mat, roll up the sushi tightly.

  5. 5

    Moisten the border with a little water to seal the roll.

  6. 6

    Cut the roll into 6-8 pieces.

    Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
