Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 500 g Lamb backstrap
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 4 Pita breads
  • 1 Lettuce
  • 1 Tzatziki

Instructions

    In a bowl, combine lamb, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and oregano. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

    Thread the lamb onto skewers.

    Heat a grill or BBQ to high. Cook the skewers for 2-3 minutes each side, until cooked to your liking.

    Warm the pita breads.

    Serve the lamb in the pita breads with lettuce, tomato, onion and tzatziki.
