Ingredients

  • 1 Mayonnaise
  • 4 Small baguettes
  • 500 g Pork belly
  • 1/2 cup Pickled carrots and daikon
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1/2 cup Fresh coriander
  • 1 Red chilli
  • 1 Pate

Instructions

    Split the baguettes lengthwise.

    Spread with mayonnaise and pate.

    Fill with pork, pickled vegetables, cucumber, coriander and chilli.
