- 4 Small baguettes
- 500 g Pork belly
- 1/2 cup Pickled carrots and daikon
- 1 Cucumber
- 1/2 cup Fresh coriander
- 1 Red chilli
- 1 Pate

Split the baguettes lengthwise.
