Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Plain flour
- 2 cups Breadcrumbs
- 1 Mayonnaise
- 1 Lettuce leaves
- 1 Sliced tomato
- 4 Chicken breast fillets
- 4 Burger buns
Instructions

Flatten the chicken fillets to an even thickness.

Place flour, eggs and breadcrumbs in three separate shallow dishes. Dip each chicken fillet in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs to coat.

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the schnitzels for 3-4 minutes each side, until golden and cooked through.

Toast the burger buns.

Assemble the burgers with the buns, schnitzel, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise.
