Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Sheets of puff pastry
  • 500 g Sausage mince
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

    In a bowl, combine sausage mince, onion, carrot, zucchini and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper.

    Cut each pastry sheet in half. Shape the sausage mixture into 4 long sausages and place along the long edge of each pastry piece.

    Roll up the pastry to enclose the filling. Press the edges to seal.

    Cut each roll into 6 smaller rolls. Place on the prepared tray.

    Brush with beaten egg and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
