Ingredients

  • 4 Bacon rashers
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 cups Self-raising flour
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Grated cheese
  • 1/4 cup Chopped chives

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease a 12-hole muffin pan.

    In a large bowl, combine flour, cheese, bacon and chives.

    In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg and oil.

    Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
