Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Chia seeds
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 Mango

Instructions

    In a bowl, whisk together chia seeds, coconut milk and maple syrup.

    Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, until the pudding is thick and creamy.

    To serve, layer the chia pudding and diced mango in glasses.
