- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
- 1 Mango

In a bowl, whisk together chia seeds, coconut milk and maple syrup.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, until the pudding is thick and creamy.
