Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 100 g Smoked salmon
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh dill
  • 2 slices Rye bread
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Instructions

    Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

    Melt butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium-low heat.

    Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring gently with a spatula, until the eggs are softly scrambled.

    Remove from heat and gently fold in the smoked salmon and dill.
