Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 Sausages
  • 4 Bacon rashers
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Large flat mushrooms
  • 1 Large tomato
  • 2 slices Bread
  • 1 Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

    Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.

    Add sausages and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.

    Add bacon to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes each side, until crispy.

    Add mushrooms and tomato halves to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes each side, until tender.

    While the other ingredients are cooking, toast the bread.

    In a separate pan, fry the eggs to your liking.

    Serve everything hot on a large plate.
