Avocado Toast with Feta and Dukkah

Ingredients

  • 2 Thick slices of sourdough bread
  • 1 Large ripe avocado
  • 50 g Feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Dukkah
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

    Toast the sourdough slices until golden brown.

    While the bread is toasting, mash the avocado in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

    Drizzle the toasted bread with olive oil.

    Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toast.

    Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and dukkah.

    Serve immediately with a wedge of lemon on the side.
