Ingredients
- 2 Thick slices of sourdough bread
- 1 Large ripe avocado
- 50 g Feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon Dukkah
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Toast the sourdough slices until golden brown.

While the bread is toasting, mash the avocado in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Drizzle the toasted bread with olive oil.

Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toast.

Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and dukkah.

Serve immediately with a wedge of lemon on the side.
